Dr. Kok Yow Loong
Director • B.Eng (1st Class Hons, Manchester University), PhD (Cambridge), P.Eng MIEM
Kok Yow Loong obtained his PhD in geotechnical research from the University of Cambridge in 2006. He has been responsible for numerous challenging government and private projects in Malaysia across thick soft clays, residual soils, offshore conditions, and steep terrains.
Past project involvement includes Rawang Bypass Elevated Structure, Southville City Development, Elevated Ramps to New Istana Negara, Putrajaya Development, Cyberjaya Flagship Zone Development, Kerteh Marine Facilities, Kerteh-Kuantan Railway, Electrified Double Tracking, and Setapak Treatment Plant.
Ir. Tew Chee Siang
Director • Accredited Checker (Geotechnical), BEM • Professional Engineer (Civil), BEM • ACPE • MyCEP Subject Specialist (Geotechnical)
Ir. Tew Chee Siang has more than 20 years of geotechnical experience as both consultant and contractor.
Notable project experience includes Electrified Double Tracking, widening of the North South Expressway, widening of Penang Bridge, West Coast Expressway, PR1MA Housing, and high-rise mixed developments including Scarletz Suites @ KL City, Unio Residences, Avara Seputih, D'Vervain, and Millerz Old Klang Road.
